Outrun, baby! With all the money I pumped into the arcade machine, the owner should've just given me the machine lol Has there ever been an arcade perfect conversion to a home system? i would kill for that.

I don't play much single player racing games, LAN play is sooo much more fun, mm beating down your friends in scenic rural environments with an f50.. drool

I might play some NFS:HP2 actually.. awesome game.

I was going to say Rage Racer (I still love it) until I remembered...Super Sprint! So fun with 3 friends, but why build a racetrack in such a tornado-prone area? However, about R4; I felt the same way about it as most seem to feel about R:Racing Evolution -- didn't feel like an RR game to me at all. Returned for store credit.

TURBO OUTRUN w. the Ferrari F-40 and the nitro boost! Game might be old, but it still rocks the mutha fuckin' houze to the extreme. Of course the arcade version is the best, but the MEGA DRIVE cart will suffice.

In second place... RAGE RACER *The game simply ownz, acutally this would be in first place as far as "GRAND PRIX" racing games go, since the Outrun series has always been a cross country Canon Ball Run type deal.

In third place... SUPER GT / SCUD RACE. SEGA's model 3 racer that sadly never made it to the Dreamcast. I freggin' love this game!

Maha GO GO GO (( Speed Racer )) for Sony Playstation !


Its basically a Ridge Racer clone but its really well done ...you can use all of the cars gadgets in one way or another in the race .
