so yeah the 2003 bubs video game awards (bvga) was totally owned by the xbox version of metal arms:

best story = metal arms
best offline mutliplayer = metal arms
best view distance = metal arms
best characters = metal arms
best use of vehicles = metal arms
best difficulty balance = metal arms
best game variety without cheesy or half assed game styles = metal arms
best replay and game length = metal arms

ok yeah i love this game :) sooooo well done. quite possibly my best for 03

I love taking over other bots. One of the best U.S. made games ever programmed.

Hmmmm ... I heard it was a nice game but had no idea about it being this good. I'll have to check it out.

You get tp posses every single enemy in the game and drive differnt veihcles..

Everyone should support this companies first game.

yep, halo is undoubtedly a tighter engine package (the feel of master chief and the weapons, physics etc) but this game is much more fun imo (halo bored me stupid about 1/3 the way through) and this has much more variety.

i was jaw dropped when i did shit like (mini spoilers ensue):

used dozer
realized how cool the little shop guys are
jacked into the flying robot to blow up the generator
used corrosive etc
