NEO-GEO MV4F JAMMA harness

Anyone know where to buy a pre made JAMMA harness for a NEO-GEO PCB MV4F?

Hard MVS appears to just show you how to make one. I'm talking a pre made harness, as im not capable of wiring.

If I had a pre made harness I would'nt even be the one installing it in my cabinet as I know nothing about wiring and will not risk shorting, blowing, not grounding something properly. The most I can do is change the cartridges.
