I want to see spines,

so often I look at shelves of collections and see beautiful art on spines, but being a dig and not owning much other than common carts, I can't work out which jpn spine belongs to which title, which is dissapointing.

We need spine shots, I feel this is important for the collector side of this site, as its more often the view you get of your homecarts.

I would be willing to contribute somehow.


lets see some spine recognition.

This sounds like a good idea. Since I only collect US games, I have no idea what the JPN games are when I see them. It would be nice to have some shots of them.

Anyone else? Since NGH is more for the collector in the forums I thought it would be cool.

Its the view I get of the games I'm not playing most of the time - so why not? :spock:

(I guess it would be difficult producing good quality scans of stuff, but a photo of each carts spine wouldn't be too hard, it could correspond to the 'cart pics' section we have here on ng.com)

Kern , it's actually a great idea and I am glad you brought it up because I was thinking the same thing. I hope Shawn can add spine and back insert pictures to the gallery section.
