Is my Puzzle Bobble boot?

Yes,I know your tired of these threads,but im just curious,because Ive never seen those clear things on a chip before,but hey thats just me.So,heres the pics,first board and second. Actually i dont really care if it is boot,because i dont plan on selling it anyways,so it would be appreciated if someone could tell me.Thanks Tim

are the boards the normal green colour?

is the snk logo on the boards?

Um,yes its the reg. green color,and the snk logo is on it,but a friend has it because my supergun isnt 100% done yet,so i cant get the serials. Ill get them tomorrow

I'm assuming the clear things are EPROMs?
