Supernova lines

Hi I am new to the community and am having a problem with my supergun. There are horizontal lines coming from the bottom of the screen and they go all the way to the top. I am running it through a new 1 slot from neostore and have used brand new and old games. I am 99 percent sure the supernova is the problem. Has anyones else seen lines running through there Neo picture on any format? Please let me know if this has happened to you or if you can help.

Fucking call them, yeah it's long distance, but that's the only way you'll likely get support from them. They NEVER reply to email.

I had some weird shit going on with my 4 slot and my Super Nova when I first got it. I had to "jumper" a resistor and the problem went away.

Have you tried it on a different TV? That's the first thing you should do before you call them. I only had the problem on my gaming TV, nothing else. Why? Because the signal wasn't strong enough for the horizontal hold. Evidently arcade monitors allow you to manually adjust levels for everything under the sun, something TVs, without being able to get into the service mode, cannot do.

Anyway, try a different TV and see what happens. That will narrow down if it's the same problem I had with mine.
