When wiring everything to the JAMMA plug do I need every +5v to be connected or just one? Also the same for the +12v and grounds?

They don't have to be, but would be best if you did to make sure the board got enough power. You want to use 18 gauge wire (or better) as well.

What board are you consolizing?

It's a 4 slot that was already consolized but I disassembeled it to make it more to my liking.

Last night I got everything hooked up but the video was really dark and fading. Going to rewire it again over the next few days.

I believe the reason it was fading was because I only ran one wire for each poin on the jamma plug.

Ok getting ready to do this one more time, just want to make sure I have all my bases covered.

4 grounds coming from the power plug
4 +5V coming from my switch
2 +12V coming from switch

All to JROK
1 Red
1 Green
1 Blue
1 Video Ground
1 Video Synch

The JROK should pull +5V from the JAMMA plug and ground from there as well.

Anything else I am overlooking?

not really sure, I know it's enough to power it as it has worked finei n the past.

The way it came it was on a supergun style control box and I just wanted everything integrated into the cover of the 4 slot so I took it all apart and in the process of rewiring it for that purpose.

Not putting in coin or test buttons because I enable free play and can access the setup from the uni-bios splash screen.

It looks like shit honestly lol

Wires hanging out of both ends....I used 14 gauge wire so it was a bit thick and hard to conceal.

Either way it works and I am very happy with the way it turned out.
