Where is the thingy to adjust horizontal size on a monitor, usually? I've noticed they're often not with the other thingies. I have a Wells Gardener 25K7193. Thanks for any help. I've looked around on the inside with no luck, and I'd rather not be touching the monitor board unless absolutely neccassary.

They're usually on the monitor's chassis (the board/pcb), it should have a few pots somewhere with labels printed on the board.

You're safe touching those, just dont go around touching random pins :-) And stay away from the anode/flyback!

Mine was no where near the Pots. Mine was on the chassis near the rear center. I had to use a screwdriver to adjust it. There was just a hole that looked like a small flat head could fit in it other than that it was not labeled.

If you want you can email this guy, as he says he has the manual for similar monitor available for download if you still have trouble.

You should be able to find info on that monitor on the web. It is best to adjust your horz width coil with a plastic tool (cheap at Rat Shack) instead of metal as metal will heat up very quickly and burn your fingers.

Haven't had any luck in finding it. But it's only a tiny bit too wide anyways (less then an inch, none of the scores on either player get cutt off, and I haven't seen a game affected by it). I'll continue looking anyways though.
