MVS Noob alert

Got my cab coming so here's some questions. Whats the difference between the carts and kits? Do the kits slot into the cart slots or is it different?
Any pointers to any sites with this kind of info?

what in the devil are you rambling about ? Kits means it has extras as in dip sheets and move stickers box etc, and a bare cart is a bare cart .

KIt means it has everything that it was originaly sold with. Box, dip sheets, stickers, cart, mini marquee, extras....

Most are sold cart only since most arcade ops just throw that "Junk" away.

MVS kits never come with the MVS motherboard if that's what your thinking.

Most Naomi/PGM/ATMOSWAVE kits do.

Well i did warn you it was a noob alert, ok so for the mini marquees etc you're better off getting a kit.

well alot of games come with mini marquees if specified.

But the boxes, arts and stickers are harder to come by.

Watch out for reprinted mini's.... they usualy suck.

Also most everyone in tech is pretty noob friendly...... The most harassment you might get to a commonly asked question is "Try using the search funcion"
