Hello

I´ve got some problems vith the video connection of my MVS. I have connected the JAMMA to a RGB scart (an old PSX one) with all leads going to the right place (i.e. rgb and ground to their respectives), but still the picture flickers on the screen. I know I´m able to use RGB on my TV (live in Europe) and I´ve got picture and all, but I can´t see where to put yet another lead or anything in the connectors. One thing that´s a little strange is the sync cable from the JAMMA ´cause I can´t seem to find a proper respective on the scart end.

Some help please ;).

Be sure you've got sync on the correct pin, there is a sync out and a sync in pin on the scart conector, could be that.

Sure :)

Pin 20 is both:

- Composite video input

- Synch signal input

I had a lm1881 chip for the synch signal

video synch goes to pin 20 on the scart plug. also, you need to hook up pin 8 to 5V, and pin 16 to 5V through a 100 ohm resistor to switch the TV to RGB mode.
