I have a room with three cabs.
My electrical installation here is great, properly grounded.
So I installed a line filter with 5 outlets, one with fuses, plugged all three cabs to it and bam, works like a charm.

I once plugged a big ventilator to it as well, with all 3 cabs on, no problems :-)

Just make sure yours have fuses so it burns the fuse when something goes wrong and pulls too much amperage! :)

Is it safe to connect all at once?
Or turn them on all at once?

Shouldn't be a problem. The worse that would happen is that you trip a breaker. If that's the case, you may need to plug them into seperate outlets on different breakers.

I know in my game room we have usually no more than 5 games on one given outlet/breaker. For home use, I wouldn't go more than three and then use a surge surpressor to be on the safe side.
