I have a CPS-3 question.

Well i have Red Earth and I have had Street Fighter 3 3rd strike,for a long time now.

Well Red Earth works great and has been in my cps-3 board,
but the problem I have is that I only have one Cps-3 mother board,
and due to the fact these things are so bitchy, I just wanted to know is it wise to switch out carts so i can play either game?
like a 1 slot mvs, or is it a bad idea?

Would they erase on me I am just to scared to even try =(
but i tried the 3rd strike out so I know it works.

Please Help =(:help:

See i would of thought that also,but i don't want risk the cart
dying ,even though it's the US cart, and Capcom US can give me a new battery. but if I pay for it only =(

Switching carts/cds is no problem, do you have the extra memory for 3s though? It uses more chips than WarZard.

Just a warning, changing games takes fucking forever. It's not something you would want to do on a whim.

really? thanks alot talen i had no idea that 3rd strike took more memory then Red Earth did.

How many would i need? i have 5 chips connected to the
Red earth board already.

what is the ideal number?

P.S. I was also told that if you switch between games the memory flushes out the old game and takes like 40 minutes to process the new game.

forgot about that lol it was a while back, the only reason why i was asking is because i want to be sure that another cps3 mobo is what i needed, I am to scared of erasing SF33S, and Red Earth.
