I have a high serial aes, jap version

im using the standard video lead and the picture is really bad,

its blurry and has some strange rainbow coulors on the power bar in kof 98.

What can i do to rectify this, i know the rgb isnt that good, but it would be better, would it remove the rainbow crap.

if not is there anyone here who can mod my system to make it better???
