adel and rose are childs of rugal,rose dont fight in this kof only adel,he is not so strong and all his attacks are same as his father,but there is another character new in the game i don t know how but we can fight at the end the stone master he is half gouki half rugal95 and really i have no idea how to beat him,oh and i forgot you can meet in the game chizuru and her sister maki

no proof but they re brother and sister so one thing is sure they re same familly (it s write at the end of game when you defeat adel) also adel had same technics attacks of rugal and finally they talked about rugal at the end to call his power not sure but 99 p cent they re childs of him
and sure adel is a boy he has a very strong body and rose call him "my brother",also the other boss can change you as a stone with his mighty attack but who is he?anyway to find him you must take a cxomplete team and defeated kagura and her sister maki but unfortunatly sometimes even it s complete team you ll meet at the end adel...
