I bought this board,that should be here soon.


I want to put it in my Rig Red 4 slot MVS cab until I get another 4 slot mother board..

What do I need to do?

Can I just pop it in..or are there changes that are needed to be made...

Yes, you can just pop it in. Remember to set the switch in the middle of the board to stereo for optimal enjoyment.

Also make sure the connector teeth are aligned with the jamma edge. I blew a psu when i got my third arcade board

I believe that you have to put it into stereo mode.

otherwise it will short circuit.......

You can pop the 1-slot board in the place of the 4-slot and play it without changing a thing. Make sure the toggle switch on the board is set on stereo or you'll only hear half the sounds coming from it. Contrary to reports, it won't short out your game but the horrible sound will drive you insane. I know...I've converted a 4-slot Neo into a 1-slot Metal Slug X, complete with full size, full lit header. That was years ago...if I had to do it again, I would've kept it a 4-slot
