EDIT: what I need help with is way down at the bottom
==============================================
Im trying to hook up my Atomiswave via VGA but am having some trouble. Here's what I have done...
I hooked the system up to my TV that supports VGA and SVGA and automatically switches between them.. but it does not read the signal coming in.
I have the #1 dip switch on!!!
I then hooked it up into an older (much older) vga monitor and I got picture, but the screen flipps upwards... (kinda like when using a PAL game on a US TV on the 50 setting and not the 60....
Then I hooked it up to my brothers monitor and got Nothing!! His monitor has the 9 pin on the cable for +5v out, but niether my TV or the older monitor have this pin on their cables...
Then I just read this:
"2. The Sammy Atomiswave cabinets pictured on the web site have standard resolution monitors only. They are not high resolution using the VGA capability."
I am not sure if this has anything to do with it, but I am kinda stuck here. Since the picture comes through on the older monitor, I know it works, but why doesn't my rca mm32110 TV with dual vga support, read a signal coming in from the Atomiswave?
any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!
