Has anyone made one yet? I'm getting tired of having to swap boards in my JAMMA cabinet and it would make my life easier if I could hook my ST-V board up to the TV. I was just looking for ideas, I'll probably start on this project soon.

That's not a bad thought....

I wonder how hard it would be to make.

That board is huge, what kind of shell are you planning on having for it?

Huge?

Have you ever seen a Sega Model 2 or 3 set? Those are HUGE!

Try cond. one of those, that would be a big accomplishment.

I will probably custom build one since all of the project boxes that will hold it are way too tall. I built a custom PC case a while back out of plexiglass that came out pretty nice. I'll probably go that route.

A NeoGeo MV-1 is bigger than STV actually. If you want to see really big, try Primal Rage...

Sweet idea. It shouldn't be too hard to do and would be a great thing to sit next to a consolized MVS.

This works pretty well as a consolized STV, it even takes CPS2, and inferior ports of some Model games...

If it is, it's not by much...I can't remember exactly how big STV is at the moment.

Hmm...going by the JAMMA connector the STV might be 1-2" wider than a MV1. MV1 is longer though.

Sorry for bumping this old thread..
As I was taking this metal case off it's wood/board and all it's wiring apart I thought about this old thread.

This originally held an ST-V Board that was in Atlus/Sega Print Club 2 Machine.

What do you think about using this for a Consolidated ST-V board..
It's heavy but not too heavy,it also has vent holes on the sides and plenty of pin hook ups for wiring etc..
It just needs some sort of a top that I didn't take...Say a Plastic/wood top,lid/with a hole on it to change the carts..

I don't know,just curious..

Seems like that would make a great shell to use for a consolized STV. I say go for it chris1!. I'd love to see a good looking consolized stv system.

Thanks Lagduf..

I'm not going to make one.
To be honest I really don't know how or what I really need..

I think I have enough spare parts around to make a consolized MVS that I would rather make but as I wrote.(To be honest I really don't know how or what I really need..)

But I think someone may be able use this..

I want to get rid of all this excess stuff..
I'm going to throw it up on Ebay cheap..

I think the Shipping may be to high though..unless I take all the wiring off of it..:(
