I used to have a AES in the 50k serial and it had rainbows but they were still and didnt move, now I have a 330k serial and there are rainbows but this time they scroll, they move really fast, I dont know a much better way to explain it. Is this normal?

Pretty much yes. It has to do with the chip on your rev motherboard.
Best thing I could suggest is get an s-video mod to eliminate some of the effects.
