MVS Bios question

Is there a way to have a mvs setup with Jpn bios but still be in English. Example: Magical Drop 3. In Jpn bios setting, there is a shit load more unique voices and slight more animation (the book opening in story mode), but in my cab I only geting Spanish language but the text is in English. Can I have the Jpn extras while the in game text also be in English? Is this possible?

I heard that some people are translating Neo-Geo games but unless you can burn the ROMs on chips, it's useless... Otherwise, you can't.

The only way to play it with all the extras is in Japanese. I don't know why the English verson doesn't have the option for the Japanese voices and even the story of the game, which is totally stupid.

I put my MD2 in Japanese and it's like playing a different game. The US verson sucks because all the characters don't talk and the announcer just says, Good Job! or Look out.
