questions about obtaining a neo cabinet

I wasn't sure where to post this but I guess I want a cab so I put it here. I live in the san fransisco bay area (sort of) and want to get a neo cab and board. I do not really care how many slots or what condition it is in, I just want it to work. I really want to get it as cheap as possible, what is the best way to go about this? I was hoping not to spend more than $300 on both the cab and board, is this possible? Thanks in advance for any help.
