Allow "non-banned" members to view UI

I saw the link to Unregistered Island in a picture shown in a War Room topic, and I think that it would add a bit of a zoo-like atmosphere to the site--being able to see everybody on RI (perhaps even X-Death?) and point and laugh would be funny.

Unregistered Island isn't an actual forum. You just get a message saying "Sorry , the server is too busy right now" , or "Your IP has been banned"

I don't see why everyone shouldn't be allowed to view it. I could see a problem if anyone could post there. It would just be War Room part 2 with all the idiots included as well. Just to watch though... Come on, share the fun!

EW, if you give me access to view UI I will make a thread outlining all of MS4's flaws, making sure to list at least 15 flaws.
