Good luck wiseman, but I think they are hard to come by nowadays unless they are included in a card reader deal.
I had a spare pair that I virtually gave away- damn :annoyed:

Yes they are, so you could get a pair made up. Finding originals may be tricky unless they come with the MV-1C. You could hard wire direct from the mobo CN6/CN7 IDE sockets to the PCMCIA 68 pin reader socket. That way you dont need the MV-1C board or original connecting leads.
Wiring is not as bad as it looks as half the connections are common ground.
I have the pin out if anyones interested.

I have looked and looked myself to find somewhere that had the data cables, but I never found a place so I had to break down and buy another memory card reader that came with data cables. It is just a 60 pin connector and the headphone connector is a .100 4 pin molex conector. Any well stocked electronics store should have what you need to make a cable(s).

Hey,

I found a place that sells the cables & the MV-IC. They are $25 a peice. I recently won a MV-IC via Ebay and it didn't come the cables & I just got through ordering a set from http://www.thegameroom.com/index.htm . I will let you know how it turns out. :smirk:

Yep,

They are original cables and they work great!!!. Question? What are the green wires attached to it supposed to hook up to? The place where I bought them from shipped them friday and I got them on monday. They shipped them even before I sent payment! Unusual, but well appreciated. :buttrock:

The green wires are ground connections, connect the one on the MV-1C end to the control panel metalwork and the mobo end to the board screening can (if it has one) or any other convienient ground point, its not critical.
