Those backgrounds are really nice looking with a great sense of depth (for a change:rolleyes: !)

Backgrounds look GREAT. I'm talking Last Blade nice! Much better than 2k, 2k1 and 2k2 (although, 2k2 was getting much better). This, plus the characters are actually redrawn! I mean, Terry's been my favorite character in the SNK world, but it's been harder and harder to like him. His style was too old and animation too choppy and recycled. Not anymore. I'm very excited to see Kyo get yet another outfit change, too. Plus characters from MOTW? Nice!

Just wow.. This could be the KOF for me to actually get into competitively, if the game play is right. If the tagging is done like ROTD (or better, which it probably will be), I'll fucking freak.

So far I'm very impressed. Could the quality of those images actually surpass anything we've seen from KOF before?

Anyway in addition to these sweet pics, I wonder if we will also be treated to some fine background animations, ie people cheering, sailboats moving, birds flying, and leaves blowin'?
