My rev 2 has a volume control too, as far as I know ravengames is selling Vektorlogics stuff which should all be rev 2s..

Yeah, Vektorlogic posted in another thread stating he was supplying Raven Games.

Welcome to the wonderful world of the Hyper Neo Geo 64, young grasshopper! :D

Check this thread for the skinny on Raven Games. Since this is the case, you are getting a REV2 board, as Jeff no longer sells the REV1 board as I understand it.

The REV1 requires extra power wiring as well. The REV2 DOES have the volume nob, as that's what I have and it's got the nob.

But don't worry about it, if it's from Raven Games who is supplied by Vektorlogic, then it's a REV2 and if it isn't I'm sure they'll do an exchange.

Looks like he spent £299.00 for it, plus £10 shipping/handling (assuming he's in the UK. Hey may have paid more for shipping). £299.00 is the price quoted at the bottom of the Hyper page they have setup... which turns out to be ~$515 USD...

Damn, I thought I paid a lot when I paid $465 shipped to the US...

Hi Guys

Just to clarify about Rev 2 boards - Raven games took their first supply from us last week (which were rev 2 boards as usual) I don't knowwhere they got their previous supply from but I understand that they were rev 1 boards - it would be worth checking with them just to clarify which boards they ship but I believe that they were out of rev 1 boards - hence the new order - hope that helps to clarify any compatibiity issues

I have to pay 354 Pond Sterling = almost 521 Euro and much more Dollars...

I don't know why, Paypal (or my credit card) doesn't accept this payment, even if there's enough money on it....

No go: I don't understand why, but I will not get my Hyper 64 set for now.... :blow_top:

Btw: the vendor at ravengames was helping me with this matter, and kept the last board for me for a few days.

Thanks anyway for the help, that was very cool.

Still don't understand what the problem is: it should work according to my bank......
What's the use of a loaded creditcard if I can't use it, damn! :very_ang:
