American Power Aes supply

Hello, I was wondering if I could use an american power supply
with my Japanese system. My aes says pro pow 3 and I want to get the American power supply

If you are in the US and have a jap AES then the power supply that came with it should be fine as both the US and japan have a 110 power supply.
You can always use a mk1 megadrive(genesis) power supply as they are essentially the same as the pro pow 3(9v output)

Actually, the voltage says 100 volts instead of 110.
that's why I want to get the american power supply from the neo store. I just need to find out if it would work with my pro pow 3 system.

It will be ok.There should be loads of jap AES owners on here from the US who should back me on this.

Note that the "American power supply" as pictured here won't work because it's a 5V model for Pro Pow machines.

You definitely require the 9V supply that is compatible with the POW 3 units. The American supply is compatible with the PRO POW,PRO POW-E and some PRO-POW 2 models.
You will encounter no problems purchasing the 9V model.

I have found that an Atari Jaguar power supply works great with the Japanese 9V model!
