A lot of characters have new voices this year- Joe, Mary, and a couple others. Kyo has a new voice and a new outfit, he also has his fireball back. Ash Crimson is another flame possessor (a la, Kyo and Iori) but having green color flames.
The game is now tag based and the entire match only lasts 60 seconds. You pick a team of 3 with one character being the team leader, and they gain a special attack because of that. The match is over when the team leader is knocked out. There's also some kind of air combo system.
