Difference between english and jap cart???

i'm quite new to the neo world

so what is the difference between the english cart and the jap cart?

does the english cart play slower?

i own a jap aes system

most jap cart has english function, so what is the point???

The difference is in the label...

Jap cart or English cart makes no difference whatsoever, its all in the region your system is from.

Also take care that some people who doesn't read Japanese (believe it or not, some people don't, I'm ashamed to confess I don't ) may prefer to be able to read the spine and manual...

So I wouldnt gain any advantage from buying a jap cart from the neo store?

so that means US and Jap Neo run at 60Hz and Pal only run at 50Hz

Must be real shitty to own a pal one.

yea all my games are jap, i cant tell which game is what when is all stacked up.... takes me a while to find the game i want
