I'm pretty sure they DIDN'T. Shawn released Matrimelee, not NGF.

I think someone is confused, that just stated what games Playmore owns the rights to. If I can get the link to that PDF file, it never said NGF had rights to those games.

I think this is the grand irony of Engrish... having won the lawsuit, SNKP is not capable of communicating what the outcome actually was.

And speaking of Engrish, how about the translated KOF 2003 webpage that was just posted?

That list is wrong to begin with. That's the same list included in the injunction as SNK properties. Magical Drop belongs to Data East, not SNK.
