Machine Locations

Over at DDR Freak they have a list of machine locations and I was wondering if Neo-geo.com would ever have anything like that.

Basicly the users of the boards can go in and add locations and discriptions and other people confirm that they exist, plus you can use mapquest to find the location on a map automaticly. Has anyone here ever attempted that?

Kazuya used to, but I'm not sure he updates that list anymore. It's certainly not a bad idea, I guess we saw it could work when there was so much interest in the 'where can I play SvC?' thread.

Yeah and the nice thing about it is the admins don't update it, it is all done by the users.

And people can't go in and add and delete stuff unless they get confirmations from other users.

It would be cool if they set up one of those push pin guest books, but I guess you would need it on a state wide level and not the whole world.

I saw sombody say the same thing about Machine Locations, I mentioned the DDRFreak machine locator as well.

I'm friends with a few of the moderators over at DDRFreak. If you'd like me to ask them how they do the MachineLocater, let me know. All I have to do is ask.

Woah - I posted an arcade locations thread yesterday without ever knowing about this thread.

I can't seem to find it now though.
