I am selling this for a friend of mine here in Seattle,Washington.

He is new to buying Superguns and won this off of Ebay, needless to say the Supergun does not work on NTSC Television Sets.........so I am putting it back up for sale.

I do not know anything about who or where it was made but from the looks of it, it is in excellent condition. This sale is going to be as-is because I did not make it and have absolutely no way to test it due to the power adapter and SCART video cable.

I have alot of references here at www.neo-geo.com:

i knew the guy who made it, he sold me a cab with kof 94 like 3 years ago, his superguns (were) the best, it even got featured in edge magazine and another called arcade. its a good supergun so i would recommend it, u can have it upgraded to RGB for £20 if you send it back to www.arcade-heaven.

I never put a price on this.....Im not even sure what its worth, just trying to help out a friend by selling it for him.

I think my friend got ripped off, or he just did not know s**t about Superguns when he bought this one.

it comes from here, www.arcade-heaven.co.uk.
i am suprised it doesn't work on ntsc t.v's as the one you have is NON RGB!.

Where did you get that supergun is NON RGB? I bet IT IS RGB. Notice it is using a scart lead (so it would never work in a NTSC TV, just by the simple reason they don't have scart plugs). And notice the 3 adjustment pots in the back, without any doubt for the Red, Green and Blue lines. Still, I don't know what the DB-9 connector in the back is for.
As this was made to work in European scart tvs (hell, it's being sold in UK), it doesn't make sense to make it have other output options like composite or s-video (they would increase the price and the sophistiphication and still the picture quality would decrease).

Anyway, I like a lot the design of this supergun, unfortunately it is a bit expensive to buy it from the supplier, so this could be a good chance for an European member to get it, as long as shipping cost is OK.

Robert, could you submit that pics to Broken in the sgrepository? Maybe even of the inside.

well the guy who makes them first made them WITHOUT RGB. only in the past 8-10 months do they have RGB, so i was just guessing that it doesn't. it is a very good supergun, i have seen these things running cps1/2, neo mvs, jamma boards, in CEX. anyways theres a free bump!

I still don't understand it... Why did the guy make them WITHOUT RGB? What video output did he put, then? Actually, you don't need to add anything to make it RGB, but you need to add hard and expensive stuff to make it be anything else, and this "anything else" would sure be worse than RGB.

read there click on the supergun.

OK, now I know what confused you...

It says, everywhere, that it is a scart supergun and will only work in scart TVs.

I then says:

10. We now have RGB controls on the Supergun as standard so you will get a perfect picture 100% of the time - again ours is the ONLY make that comes with this AS STANDARD

This is the new thing. The supergun was already RGB before this, it's just that they now include RGB controls, which are the 3 adjustment pots at the back. That's all.

Most likely, that sentence was a typo, and they meant:

"Previous customers can have their Supergun upgraded with RGB CONTROLS for £20 "
