how to mod an X arcade joystick with a SlikStik SS-Competition replacement joystick

Hello Neo geo Boys (and girls ..),

I have a question for you :

I'm the owner of an X arcade joystick and I've seen some guys here , talking about replacing the original joystick handle with one shiny and heavy from SlikStik (a SlikStik SS-Competition replacement joystick handle ).

Is it really working ?

Will this steel handle reduce the "lifetime" of my X Arcade ?

Is it difficult to change this part inside my X Arcade ?

My other problem is to know wich model of SS-Competition replacement joystick handle is the correct one for me .

Is the a SlikStik SS-Competition replacement joystick handle for :

- for Happ Ultimate joysticks
or
- for Happ Competition joysticks
or
- for Happ Super joysticks
