For those of you who want some background:

He made several purchases from me earlier this year back when I was in Japan. Large ones. Once or twice he exceeded his monthly limit with his credit card and said he would pay me the balance next time around. And he did. But not the last time, which was after I had shipped him some more stuff since he and I were on quite good terms back then.
Yet a certain Kai Wahner decided he simply did not feel like paying me the final $40 he owed me and continued ignoring my e-mails until I gave up. Why wait until now then to bring this up? Partially because it's my fault for shipping first; I can't complain on the same grounds as the average person, but there you have it: Mr Dishonest is proven to be what he is. A fucking greedy crook.
