What is the difference between the colors of CPS2 boards from capcom games?

I am interesed in a marvel super heroes board, but I have seen different colors! a neo member has a blue board for sale! Is their a difference between them? Can some one let me know, thanks!

Blue is USA

Green is Japanese

Grey is Asian.

Blue and Green are interchangable on US or Japanese "A" boards

Grey is not.
