Some questions about a supergun?

I am getting a supergun in the next couple of days! I traded my games for the arcade experience at my house! I notice that these jamma boards have multiple wires that they connect to! Does anyone have any info on which wires go where? Do all jamma boards connect the same way to a supergun? Does anyone know what I am talking about? Let me know please? Thanks for viewing my post!

A supergun will be wired with a jamma loom, So all Jamma p.c.b games will work.
Some Superguns only come wired with 3 buttons per player as this is the standard Jamma setup. Mortal kombat is six buttons as with most beat em up's.
Just try to buy a Supergun that's alreadt wired with the six buttons.
