has any one got it and would it be able to fitt in my neo cab with out having to drill any buttons in and how big are the games

Hah,

It is a little wider than a MV-1 board & about 2/3 as long. The games are about the same size as the motherboard & most of the games only support 2 to 3 buttons. You will have to adjust the sound in the test menu.
So yes, it would fit in there with no problems and no special wiring. Just plug it in and go. I hope this helps.
