Is it worth getting a CPS 3 System?

Just wondering or are they a hassle to keep up?

Hi. I've had a CPS 3 system for about a year, and I've never had problems with it. As long as you take care of it it should be fine, just be aware of the suicide batteries. Oh, and you have to be careful not to cut the power to the board when you're loading a game or the game and board will supposedly die.

I wouldn't recommend it. The CPS3 have evil suicide batteries, very hard to replace. They aren't designed to last, in fact they are very fragile. Also when you change games you need a lot of time to load them.

Also, it has few games, and most of them have been ported, like SF3 in DC.

I heard replacing the batteries if possible at all is rather hard and besides what games are worth having on this system, buy if you get a really good deal.
