In my four slot cab I can play a game and the sound will work fine, but when i change games there is no sound unless I turn the power off then back on. Does anyone know what might cause this? Please help. Thanks
white castle said:My cab is a dedicated 4 slot which I just got. The games I am using are: Shock Troopers 2nd squad, Aero Fighters 2, Samurai Shodown 3, and Puzzle Bobble. Puzzle Bobble is a boot, but it works perfectly in my one slot cab.
When I turn the cab on the demos have sound. After playing a game the demos have no sound, and if I start a game there is still no sound.
It is not a soft dip issue.
I have tried switching the position of the carts with no luck.
I am at work right now so I can't try anything until I get home. I will try putting a UNIBIOS chip in.
Is there is a chance the original BIOS could be corrupt?
