Just wondering about this game, has anyone played the previous one? it looks like a funny decent shooter. How is the gameplay? im tempted to pick up a copy from NCSX

No big deal man, but this sort of thread belongs in unrelated.
Try to keep the General section relating to the Neo Geo.

As a shooter I have heard that line of games is just kinda ok. It's claim to fame is that it is pretty much, over the top flaming gay. Lots of homoerotic kind of stuff in it. Not full on pr0n or anything, just very, very gay.

Come now, don't be so harsh. Beezle showed me all about the Special Love, and I just can't turn back. The Cho Aniki series is great for parties. Share the Special Love!

Yep, the first Cho Aniki on the duo is indeed a quality shooter! Very unique to say the least. The new one is in the same spirit of of the first: A traditional horizontal shooter with a twist. You play as the holy protien, and the brothers Adon and Sampson serve as your options!

The second game is OK, and the SFC fighter is just horrible!! Can't wait for the new one this week!

It's true, it's true. I'll never forget my first experience with the Special Love with fellow Minnesota gamers at the last get-together...

I think Ai Cho Aniki (or Love-Super Big Brother) is a phenomenal game. I haven't played the first Cho Aniki, or the newer ones, but I really dig this one. To me, it's not all that "homo-erotic", rather just Japanese slap-stick taken to an almost tongue-in-cheek level. It's not Lords of Thunder good, but then, I can't think of too many shooters that are. I'm curious about this new one coming out. Looks like it'd have some interesting play-mechanics.

The new version is on Playstation 2. Don't count on a North American release.

what system is it on?

PC Engine, Snes, Saturn, PSX & now PS2, maybe others:drool:

Older versions featured muscle men in pants turned on their side like a space ship, how a modern version could top that i have no idea:tickled:
