I recently purchased a Neo home system with the debug bios and I don't fully understand it as some of the setting are in Japanese. Can anyone help me as I cannot seem to get all the settings I want on all games.
press c plus start to get to the menu and then go down twice from the jap and you should enter the language section and change it to english and it should be fine
