I believe that was intentional. The robber is so dumb that anything refering to him has to be dumb, too. You know?

Imagine if the gun hit the counter, went off, and shot the robber in the belly. You could imagine the extra shock the poor clerk would've had. It's one thing to get robbed, but imagine having the additional shock of a bleeding, screaming person in your store -what a mess. Especially if there wasn't a surveliance camera.

The dumbest robber I can think of was the guy who put a $20 on the counter, asking for change at the liquor store.

The person working there opened the register...Only to have the guy grab all the money out of it and run away!

He left the $20 on the counter...

He stole $15 from the register...
