Only thing you'll need to worry about is the Kanji input codes.
You can find some info on the net.

Great game but to beat it just select everything and make them say everything... oooo thats right the Japanese verion has the Chiefs Daughter naked :drool_2:

the PCE version is slightly better in some respects.

all but the English part.
