I saw a K-1 fight with Sapp recently, and he was getting hurt pretty badly by a guy 1/3rd his size. He was pretty damn slow and kept on getting kicked and punched in the face pretty clean. He finally kinda rushed the dude and knocked him down with a push, then decided the punch the guy while he was on the ground and got DQ'd.

I don't know who will win this.
Tyson, while washed up..is still a TRAINED FIGHTER who has 20 years of experience under his belt. He's still, also, a DYNAMITE puncher. If he gets his game goin on Sapp (who just can't take a punch) it should be a short fight.
That being said...
Sapp is a monster who beat one of the BEST fighters ever senseless. Yeah, he's lost a few times, but speed and conditioning is what killed him, not ability. He's also huge, and if he can press and lay on Tyson..don't expect him to last long. Sapp has strength and size on Tyson (who also can't take a punch...) If Sapp can tee off on Tyson and use his K1 experience on him, he'll win.
My prediction:
A DQ or a REALLY short fight. Both of them don't or won't "get" the K-1 rules. Tyson's a psycho, Sapp's got little experience. Expect something STUPID to happen. They've both been DQ'd in their professional fighting careers and both have a record of STUNNING KO power.
Tyson if the fight lasts longer than 1:30, Sapp if it's a real short fight.

Not just "a beast" -- he's "THE Beast." My friend in Japan is something of a Sapp fan, and I watched a number of televised matches with him over New Year's vacation last year. Made a fan out of me in the process -- Sapp's a very difficult guy to not like.johnroche said:

yeah... totally true. that fight was sad for both fighters (for Kimo because he should've won and for Sapp because he looked like he was about to die for half the match). Kimo beat him up pretty good. Tyson would most likely do exactly the same. but if the fight ever does happen i'm obviously gonna be rooting for The Beast .
I just got an HD set and i saw that K-1 in High Def... whew that's some awesome shit. great tournament (Bellagio/Las Vegas Tournament) super awesome video.
