That luminous light blue writing is a bit of a eyesore though .

That looks great! The label is a little weird though...looks like one of those homebrew replacement labels.

Either way, it's great to see a new MVS cart release! :)

What?

so why did SNKP only do a PCB release on SvC?

Probably because they thought of it as a "big" title. They wanted to maximize any and all profits by making it harder for bootleggers.

No marquee at all? Maybe it wasn't pictured... per the site this is a promotional pic Trieu was given, so he did not take the pic himself.

What's up with that label?

That's gotta be one of the ugliest kit I've ever seen.

At that price,I'd rather buy the homecart.

SvC is coming to MVS cart systems (per the news on the Snk-Capcom main page):

So, SNK is sold out of SVC Chaos Jamma Boards. Good news? Yeah, but what about the people who want the game? Well, we guessed one day that the Jamma SVC's would be of some value because of how fast they would sell out and whatever you see left from online shops, that's it!!

So there you have it. SvC isn't going to be PCB only.

ugh

I know MVS kits aren't suppose to be good looking or eye-catching, but still...that's a pretty ugly kit.

And WTF is with SNKP and the lack of mini marquees?

They can make one for ROTD? But not for a high-caliber game like SSV?

I doubt they'd not make a mini marquee for this, because they're making one for SvC. Anyway, I agree, the lettering does look ugly, but who cares?

Edit: Oh yeah, the move stickers look badass :D

They're making a MM for the cart release of SvC?

I never heard that...

If I'd known I probably would've re-thunk my homecart pre-order.

(yes, mini marquees mean that much to me)

Yea the cart label is ugly, but who fuckin cares. The rest of it looks great.

I do hope that a mini marquee is included with this kit though.

Taken from s-c.com.

"To add some syrup to the pancake, remember the mini marquee? It's back, and this time, it'll be made out of plastic, not paper, so it's a fine day, might you say? "

I don't get it, why is everyone saying it is ugly... Sure it has blue text... big deal! Will look nice in my cab ;) Will look nice in a shock box! ;) And... I really don't see a problem with the text, I PROMISE YOU SvsC will look the same!

Oh my god, the blue label is so ugly! I'm waiting for the homecart now.:oh_no:

The cart's just meant to sit inside of an arcade cabinet for christ's sake. I can't imagine how harshly this game's gonna get judged once it comes out.

I think one of the reasons that the older Neo games are considered sacred ground is b/c they came out before we all nitpicked the games so much and actually enjoyed them. Ah, the innocence of youth.

Really, I mean it... I don't mind the text at all. Actually, it is similar to the odd Neo Print cart that pops up and everyone sperms over...

Remember the cart with the red label... Kizuna... everyone jizzed thinking it was the special edition even when it clearly was the names of two actors from a Japanese TV show (The Beach Boys)....

Anyway, it looks fine to me... it's new... and it's different, but not bad...

Why do you guys care about the label? MVS is for people who just want to play the game, right? If you want to go MVS and have a nice shelf display, you use shockboxes.
