Mario Golf, Eternal Darkness (must-own), and Star Fox Adventures (one of my favorites) are all top-notch.

Mario Party 4 is fun, although you may want to hold out for 5, which is due pretty soon.

Viewtiful Joe
Metroid Prime
Eternal Darkness
Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker

and

That's it really

The system blows quantity-wise, but has a few high quality games making it worth owning.

Eternal Darkness is my favorite, followed very closely by Metroid Prime.

I basically bought the system at launch for Metroid Prime, and then I waited a year for it to be released.

I'm just waiting for Killer 7 now and Resident Evil 4

Other than that, the system is pretty uneventful.

REmake, RE0, Eternal Darkness, Super Monkey Ball 1 & 2, Wind Waker, Super Smash Bros. Melee, Super Mario Sunshine, Ikaruga (if you don't have it on the DC that is), Animal Crossing, and although I haven't played much of it yet, the demo for Rogue Squadron 3 was really good, so you might check that out when it comes out.

I don't advise Zelda I had to force my self to finish that game.
I also advise renting F-Zero I garuntee you will get soo pissed at that game you wont want to waste $50 on it. If you liked the other Star Fox games... dont get Star Fox Adventures, for that matter Mario Sunshine is horrible. Pikmin was also good for a while but I got bored with it fairly fast.

Animal Crossing = Addicting, good game

REmake = fucking great

Veiwtiful Joe the best platform game of the year.

Phantasy Star Online good game... I know you said you dont do RPGs but this is not much of an RPG.

Mario Golf - one of the best golf games if you don't mind mario characters. if not go with
Outlaw Golf.

Soul Calibur - good but I played it out already and sold it.

Def Jam: Vendetta - Best of wrestling since there are no damn rednecks in it.

Ikaruga - if you like a good shooter

Star Wars Rogue Squadron 2 - Another great game. Not yet relased but I have played and it's very good.

RE4 - Soon :buttrock:

I picked up Wario yesterday and its a great little game, not quite worth £40, but for the £20 it cost me its great.

PN 03 is superb as long as you forgive it some minor flaws (and dont think the whole game is as average as level 1 is).

Other then that I have to sing Viewtifull Joe's praises, it truly is the most fun game I have played all year.

So yeah the cube really does have a week line up.

I'll list off my collection, just ignore what you don't like. But I will say that I did enjoy Megaman Network Transmission. It's no Megaman 8 or X, but it's better then anything I've played since X4. I guess it takes some getting use to. What exactly was it that you didn't really like?

Super Mario Sunshine
Sonic Mega Collection
Sonic Adventure 2 Battle
Megaman Network Transmission
Starfox Adventures
Eternal Darkness
Resident Evil
Metroid Prime
Rouge Leader
Robotech: Battlecry
Ikaruga
Pikman
Animal Crossing
Super Monkey Ball
Super Monkey Ball 2
Super Smash Brothers Melee
Soul Calibur 2
F-Zero
Sega Soccer Slam
Virtua Strikers 2002
The Legend of Zelda: OoT/MQ
The Legend of Zelda: WW
Skies of Arcadia
Phantasy Star Online: Eps 1&2

Feel free to ask me about any of those if they peek your fancy.

I am also planning to get (as soon as I have the cash)
Sonic Adventure (just to have almost all Sonic games on Cube, since Gamegear games are included)
Viewtiful Joe
P.N. 03
Resident Evil 0
Billy Hatcher and the Giant Egg
Wario World
Mario Golf

You can find Eternal Darkness cheap these days, and it's a total steal. I wouldn't waste to much time with Starfox Adventures though. It's enjoyable and well done, but it's also terribly short and lacks reply value. I would rent that one though, it's worth a play through. I certainly hope Namco does better the the Starfox flying then Rare did with it's little flight things. The one classic element in the game isn't crafted very well and feels weird.

I happen to own the cube as well but i just don't talk about it or play it much.

Here are some cool games IMO.

Burnout 2: slightly better than the PS2 version and has some extras.

Re remake: very cool remake and scary as well.

RE 0: very creepy but not that groundbreaking.RE remake spoiled me too much, lol.

Soul Calibur 2: Link is there but overall, not too different from the other versions.Smoother graphics than the PS2 but not as sharp as the XBOX version.

Virtua striker 2002: very good arcade style soccer game.

Winning eleven 6: final evolution: Very realistic gameplay.Import only title.

Sonic adventure 2: I own the DC version as well and the cube version is pretty good and loads faster.

Most have already mentioned the rest.
