I was just wondering since I am somewhat interested in buying one.

We have a Neo Geo pocket and Hyper 64 section, why not Neo Geo CD?

Been tried before, many times. The powers that be don't seem willing to comply though.

Just post in the "16 Bit" forum, there are alot of NGCD posts there anyway

There was one, apparently, a few years ago, but it got axed. The 16-bit and Technical forums have since become the home of all things CD related.
