I have a broke Tg16 controller. The controller works but the connection has been destroyed and this pulled off. it is only the metal connector that is gone.
I have a oldstyle neogeo arcade stick. the start button is sticky. And there something wrong with the "A" button. To make it work you have to jam on it.
