KOF 2K3 playable boss teams

Would it not be cool if in KOF 2k3 they included a boss team like the did in 96. Since the story will (hopefully) continue on to something new, with new bosses it would be cool to have the old bosses in the game part of the story trying to regain the power they used to have. You can have an Orochi team and a Nests team. The Orochi team would consists Rugal(not Omega version), Goenitz and Orochi. Then Nests would consists of Kryzalid, Zero, and Igniz. They would all have to be powered down a notch to make them more balanced with the other characters but I think it would be cool to be able to play as those bosses, especially if the two teams are put against each other. I think its something for SNKP to think about because playing as Geese, Krauser and Mr. Big was one thing that made 96 a great game to play.

it's a nice thought, but all the best bosses are dead, so it looks like wishful thinkers like ourselves will just have to wait until the kof2006 Dream match

I'd like a game with just boss level characters.

Rugal 2k2, Igniz, O. Zero, Zero, Kula, Krizalid, Rugal 98, Orochi, the ONFT, Orochi Iori, Orochi Leona, Geonitz, Saisyu, and a tweaked up Kyo. Don't weaken any of them. Just let them fight at their "overpowered" levels.

haha. I guess it wouldn't be a hot idea. But you know, the fact I like SNK games regardless means that I'd enjoy it. Whereas the Marvel properties never appealed to me, so I could be that much more critical.

It's not a bad idea, I also would want something to be completely changed and yet stick with the KOF theme. Sadly, they won't do that again. More rehashing is all they have the guts to do, now.

Somehow, after what Goenitz did to his eye, I don't think Rugal would be too happy teaming up with them.

And Orochi works alone!

True but think of the story this way in terms of the nests team. Somehow Igniz survived the explosion like Rugal always seems to and he regained some power and wealth and then he recloned Zero and Kryzalid but maybe in a new way adding to their power. But yeah it would be a great idea for the next dream match.

The 2006 idea is the most sound. Putting all the characters in one game(as much as I would like to see and play it) would reaching in terms of storyline(and storylines matter, thats what draws me so much to KOF).
