Who to contact at Arcade Infinity...

I have sent numerous emails to Arcade Infinity ragarding buying a Candy Cab and they still have not replied. I do not see any phone number on their site either. Is there a specific person that I can contact to get a quicker response? This is ridiculous, I am the customer here!

Those guys never reply email and the same goes to updating site. When I had a friend who wanted a cab from them I went to the arcade and made an appointment. LOL

yes, you are fortunate to live in California. You should be able to just go there and talk to somone about it.

I may be wrong, but I thought he was part of that or something.

Last time I checked with them they only had Neo 29's in stock. Their list is completely unreliable. I recently purchased 4 green and 4 yellow Sanwa buttons from them and after a week I just emailed asking about order status. They replied saying I never paid $4 shipping (which was never mentioned on the site OR the Paypal checkout), which leads me to believe that I'd have never known if I didn't email them in the first place. A week after that I finally got them, just thrown inside a box with nothing else, and included were 4 green and 4 PINK buttons. I'm not doing business with them again, I've emailed them about the mixup but I don't expect anything. I believe Jeff is the only one to have ever emailed me in the past so he'd be your best bet.

A rather timely question, as I just emailed them last night to doublecheck the availability of the NEO 29s and the 4-slot MVS motherboards they list on their stock page. I was thinking of combining a visit to their warehouse (to pick up one of each of these items) with a roadtrip to San Diego (to see Bubba Ho-Tep. So far, I've received no reply.

Does anyone know if the warehouse has any set operating/business hours, or are they only "open" for appointments? I'd hate to rent a full-sized van and drive it all the way there, only to find the place closed. If that were to happen, and I were to drive up to the arcade, what are the chances that the arcade employees would be able to find a warehouse employee available to meet me at the warehouse and sell me a cab + MVS board?

Well Dash No Chris forget about the 4 slot's they are OUT.
They do have alot of neo 29's but they aren't in the greatest condition(mostly all yellowed) I made sure to grab the nicest looking one there (sorry guys ) BUT......... they get more cabs in like once a month.

You have to STRESS the fact in your email that you want to purchase a candy cab "SERIOUSLY".

they are open from 10am to 5pm

mikace01 let them know in the title of your email that you are wanting to purchase one.

Be cool to these guys, cause of the fact that they get lots of
emails about people wanting one but they never do anything about it.They do this on the side they mostly get there money from importing suped up cars,parts and stuff.

I will try to find my old cell phone tonight at my paren't house so i can grab JACK'S CELL PHONE #.. he is the one you guys need to talk to.

Thanks for the quick heads-up FANATIK! I checked their arcade's bbs (after the arcade's phone number rang thru unanswered to a fax machine) and one of the posts there recommended emailing Jack, rather than the sales email addy. Just sent an email his direction.

Well, crap -- if there are no 4-slotters then I might as well hold off on the roadtrip then. I would be correct if I assumed that the NEO 29 cab DOES NOT include a motherboard, right?

chris yeah it's safe to say that they come with no Motherboard.
if jack emails you back OR i find that damn Number be sure to ask him he might of gotten a 4slot already ( chris,mikace01 keep your fingers crossed)

They are pretty nice guys and will halp you out as best they can..

But Jack is the best person to talk to.

It looks like I found another seller. I got ahold of someone that has about 7 candy's for sale. Very fast with replies, and a nice guy. He also sends hi rez pics. I will tell you all who the seller is in just a bit.

Orpheus lives in New York so I highly doubt it.
