Help with this Metal Slug

Hi!

Newbie warning :-)

I'm in negotiations with a Japanese guy about a Metal Slug. Communications is not the best and limited to name, adress, price and pictures. It's insanely cheap so I'm a little worried that something is wrong.

So, is this a real Metal Slug and not a conversion of some sort?

While I'm not an expert at this, the inclusion of a manual helps the case a lot for it being original, others should be able to help more with looking at the insert.

The manual does help things out more but as the Aaron Lewis situation proved, if it's too good to be true...it probably is
