Case:7/10; only problem with the case is that it's one of those which the top laminate edge is short, causing the insert to be exposed.
Insert:4/10; This is where the hearbreak starts. Top of insert has much of the artwork torn off, most likely due to fluid damage. There are ripples in the paper too. I knowingly bought NC like this b/c I desired to have NC so badly at the time.
Shell:9/10; no cracks, nearly perfect, I think offsets the laminate edge problem above.
Manual: Sorry, no manual, and of course no baggy.
